These unique extremely light weight earrings are made of the unique chainmaille weave known as Turkish Orbital. The maille portion of these earrings is made up of many small nickel silver jump rings which are hand wound, and saw cut then painstakingly woven and closed one at a time by me to create this interesting & deceptively complex pair of earrings.

These earrings measure about 2" long including ear wire.
The jump rings are closed precisely to prevent gaps or spaces between the cut ends of the rings that can result in weakness or failure of the design. Use full view of the photos to see the high quality of my closures.
Nickel Silver is an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc, also known as German silver, but it is NOT actual silver and should not be mistaken as such. The color can be described as stainless steel with a gold undertone. Nickel silver does not easily tarnish although it will darken with age.
